Overdose Prevention &
Thrive Outreach

Thrive Community Services is dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding substance use.  As your ally, Thrive Overdose Prevention is committed to helping you make informed and safer choices.  We provide practical, compassionate solutions based on public health principles to reduce the risk of overdose and infectious diseases. Our street outreach team distributes various overdose prevention items each week throughout the community.

Health Services

HIV/Hep C Testing and Referrals
we prioritize your health and well-being. We offer free HIV and Hepatitis C testing in our office, ensuring a confidential and supportive environment. In the event of a reactive positive result, we don't leave you to navigate the next steps alone. Our team will connect you with a community partner for confirmation testing and comprehensive treatment. Alongside testing, we provide sexual health education and a range of supplies at no cost. Our goal is to empower you with knowledge and resources, supporting informed decision-making and personal autonomy.

Basic Wound Care and Education
Your safety and health are our top concerns. That's why we offer wound care evaluations right in our office. If your situation requires more specialized care, we'll refer you to one of our trusted community partners for follow-up. But our care doesn't stop at evaluations. We provide essential wound care supplies and education, ensuring you have the knowledge and tools to manage basic wound care effectively. This service is part of our commitment to your overall health and overdose prevention.

Low Barrier Suboxone Program
Understanding the challenges of substance use disorder, Trivium Overdose Prevention offers a Low Barrier Suboxone Program. This program is accessible both in our office and via telehealth, accommodating your needs and circumstances. We accept Medicaid, state funding, and most insurance plans, ensuring financial barriers don't hinder your access to care. For those without coverage, our dedicated staff is here to assist you in finding suitable coverage options.

Public Health Vending Machine
At the heart of our services is the Public Health Vending Machine, an innovative approach to supporting our community and people who use drugs. Participants who access this machine are not only provided with essential harm reduction supplies but also have access to  comprehensive Case Management and Recovery Coach Services. These services are integral to our approach, offering personalized support and guidance through every step of your journey.
